Dispute Resolution

We prefer to refer to what is traditionally referred to as "Civil Litigation" as "Dispute Resolution", litigation is just one of a number of ways to resolve your dispute.   Due to cost, stress and duration, a victory in litigation can feel Pyrrhic.  We approach dispute resolution from the perspective that litigation should be a last resort.  Our expertise covers the following areas of dispute:

  • General Commercial and Civil disputes
  • Construction Disputes and Leaky Building/Weather-tightness claims
  • Debt Disputes, Liquidation and Bankruptcy Proceedings
  • Mediation and Alternate Dispute Resolution
  • Body Corporate Disputes
  • Defamation Claims
